How does the engraving work?

Your photo is converted into a 3D depth map and then transferred into precious metal by laser relief engraving — creating a fine sculptural relief, a tactile portrait you can feel beneath your fingertips.

What materials do you offer?

925 silver, gold vermeil in yellow and rose, and solid 9k or 14k gold. Vermeil is plated after the relief is engraved, so the detail stays sharp. Every piece is hallmarked.

How long does production take?

Each pendant is made to order in {min}–{max} working days from the moment you approve the digital proof. We'll send tracking the moment it ships.

What sizes are available?

Accepted Answer

15 mm, 17 mm and 20 mm. The middle 17 mm is a good compromise between presence and lightness.

Can I see a preview before production starts?

Accepted Answer

Yes — once we generate the depth render from your photo, we send you a proof for approval. Nothing goes to the manufacturer until you've signed off.

Can I return a custom pendant?

Accepted Answer

Custom-engraved pieces are personalised goods, exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal under Czech law (NOZ §1837 d) once production has begun. Defective or damaged pieces are always covered — see our returns page.

Question 8

What photo quality do I need?

Accepted Answer

Your photo needs at least 800 px on the shorter edge; the best relief comes from 1500 px and up, with good lighting and a clear main subject. We check every photo before engraving.

Is shipping free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend. We dispatch once production is finished and email you the tracking number.
