What you can return, what's exempt, and how to start a claim.
Under Czech consumer law (NOZ §1810 et seq.), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods. Custom-personalised goods carry an important exception, set out below.
Personalised goods — 14-day return exemption
Custom 3D depth-engraved pendants made from your uploaded photo are personalised goods, exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal under Czech law (NOZ §1837, písm. d) once production has begun. Defective and damaged pieces are always covered under warranty — this exemption does not affect your rights for genuinely faulty goods.
What can be returned
- Stock products in their original, unused condition with all packaging.
- Defective products — manufacturing defect, hallmark issue, or structural problem.
- Goods damaged in transit (please photograph the package on receipt).
- Pendants that arrive in the wrong material, size, or finish vs. your approved order.

Refund timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, in line with Czech consumer law.
